Social Flatline are an energetic four piece band who have become regular performers on the local circuit in their native Bristol. Performing a Green Day-esque brand of pop-punk, their songs are upbeat and undeniably catchy.

The band has several songs, new and old, available to listen to on their facebook page. The difference between the older and newer songs is immediately noticeable showing firm progression in their songwriting and musicianship. My personal favorite track that they have uploaded is their song “So Long Goodnight”. Both singers’ voices complement each other nicely and have a nice texture when harmonised. The general timbre of the song is pleasant with all of the members paying close attention to the dynamics of the song and the texture of the sound their instruments are making.

Having already developed a loyal local following, Social Flatline are doing well for themselves and currently have an E.P. called “Not Punk Enough” available to buy. Their next show is on the 6th of October at the Thunderbolt in Bristol so do go and support them if you like what you hear.
